Check-in/ Check-out Check-in at 12 pm & Check-out at 10 am Early check-in between 8 am to 12pm can be allowed at no extra cost but will be subject to availability Check-in for guests arriving before 8 am will be charged the full previous day's rate Late check-out till 12 pm can be accommodated at no extra cost subject to availability Check-out after 12 pm will be charged at the full next day's rate A guest can either avail an early check-in or a late check-out (Both early check-in and late check-out won't be offered to the same guest) No discount will be allowed in case a guest checks-out earlier than the scheduled check-out time of 11am. Once checked-in, full day's tariff will be applicable Extra bed Extra adult occupying the same room or extra bed requested for the child will be charged at the rate specified at the time booking Child policy Maximum of 1 child up to 6 years old and 1 infant up to 2 years old are allowed free of cost Breakfast will be provided for the child if booked on CP plan but no extra bed will be provided Guest may be asked to furnish the proof of age for the child at the time of check-in Pet policy No pets are allowed inside the hotel premises Cancellation policy No charges will be levied for any cancellation done at least 24 hours prior to check-in time Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes), if a booking is canceled within 24 hours prior to check-in time Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be charged in case a guest decides to check-out before the departure date No show policy Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be levied in the case of a no-show for a prepaid booking Amendment policy Any amendment will be considered as cancellation of the old booking/ reservation and creation of a new booking/reservation for the Accommodation(s). Keymagic Hotels / the Hotel shall accommodate the amendments subject to availability. It is hereby clarified that, Cancellation Policy and the cancellation charges as stated above will apply depending upon the date of request for the amendment for the booking/reservation already made Bulk booking Any booking for the Accommodation(s) made by the guest(s) for 10 or more room nights (number of rooms * nights of stay) or if the total booking amount is INR 20,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Thousand) or more will be considered as a bulk booking To confirm a bulk booking, the guest(s) will need to pay 30% of the total booking amount (including taxes) in advance at the time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to check-in date Cancellation fee equivalent to the advance amount will be charged in the case of cancellation within 72 hours of check-in date Hotel Stay/Entry restrictions According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Aadhar card, Voters Card, or Passport. PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card, Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. As per government regulation any non-resident guests accompanying a resident guest to his/her room must furnish their government approved photo ID proof Non-resident guest are not allowed to stay beyond 8 pm in a resident guest's room else he/she must get registered as an extra occupant in the room. Visitor Guests can be denied admission in the following scenarios- Fail to furnish government issued photo ID proof with address (At least one of the guest should be 18 or above) Carrying local IDs Caring arms and ammunition Severely adulterated with drugs and narcotics Creating nuisance and disturbing other guests No guest will be denied admission/ stay on the basis of religion or nationality
