Hotel Stay/Entry restrictions

  • Check-in at 12 pm & Check-out at 10 am
  •  According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person

above the age of 18 staying at the hotel

  • The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Aadhar card, Voters Card, or

Passport. 

  • PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card,
  • Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • Maximum of 1 child up to 6 years old and 1 infant up to 2 years old are allowed free of cost
  • As per government regulation any non-resident guests accompanying a resident guest to

his/her room must furnish their government approved photo ID proof

  • Non-resident guest are not allowed to stay beyond 8 pm in a resident guest’s room else

he/she must get registered as an extra occupant in the room. Visitor Guests can be denied

admission in the following scenarios-

  1. Fail to furnish government issued photo ID proof with address (At least one of the

guest should be 18 or above)

  1. Carrying local IDs
  2. Caring arms and ammunition
  3. Severely adulterated with drugs and narcotics
  4. Creating nuisance and disturbing other guests
  • No guest will be denied admission/ stay on the basis of religion or nationality

 

Cancellation policy

  • No charges will be levied for any cancellation done at least 24 hours prior to check-in time 
  • Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes), if a booking is canceled within 24
  • hours prior to check-in time 
  • Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be charged in case a guest decides

to check-out before the departure date

 

No show policy

  • Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be levied in the case of a no-show

for a prepaid booking
